N Chi Lada: Mexican Night at home just became quicker and easier. Our N Chi Lada Casserole will become your "GoTo" product for an enjoyable dinner with your family and friends. Directions: Cook noodles in 6 cups of boiling water until tender  (10 - 15 minutes), drain and set aside. In a Large Skillet, Brown 1.5 Lbs of ground meat and drain, or add your cooked chicken (Drained Canned Chicken does work). Return pan to medium heat, add the spice packet to the meat, with 1 15 ounce can of diced tomatoes or a 16 ounce jar of your favorite salsa. Stir in your cooked noodles and cover with shredded cheese. Serve when cheese is melted. You can also use a large baking dish and brown / melt the cheese 15 to 20 minutes in a 350 Deg F. Oven (cooking time varies by oven). Have some fun and top with crushed tortilla chips, sour cream or maybe some raw onion rings.

 

Cheesy Rice with Broccoli: Our version of this classic dish that has been a family favorite for generations. Simple and easy using water and your choice of chicken or beef. Directions: add 6 cups of water to a sauce pan, add rice and sauce pack . Bring to a boil and reduce heat to a simmer, cover and stir occasionally until the rice is cooked. (approximately 30 minutes). We like to added cooked/canned chicken or 1.5 to 2 pounds of browned ground beef. For an extra twist, place in a 9 x 13 baking pan and top with cheese. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 350 Deg. F. until the cheese is melted. Cooking times vary by oven.

 

Peace A Casserole: We set out to create a Pizza Casserole that you would be proud to serve to your family and friends. One, they will ask you for your recipe. Well we think our Peace A casserole does this very well. Easy and very tasty as described, but feel free to make this your own by adding more toppings. Cook noodles in 6 cups of boiling water until tender (10-15 minutes), drain and set aside. In a large skillet, brown 1.5 to 2lbs ground beef, chicken or turkey. Drain grease.  Add seasoning pack to meat, 8 oz of cream cheese, 1 cup of water and a 15 oz can of diced tomatoes or a jar your favorite salsa. Continue to heat on medium stirring to melt the cream cheese, add the cooked noodles. You can finish in the pan by adding 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese and serving after the cheese melts, or by transferring to an oven friendly pan, topping with the mozzarella and melting / browning in a 350 Deg F. oven.
