Inspired by the traditional pineapple hot sauces of Colombia, our Aji de Piña combines the citrus forward Peruvian Yellow Limo pepper with the fiery heat of the habañero for a strong, complex pepper flavor that is balanced by sweet, tropical pineapple. It is perfectly suited to add a kick of flavor to almost any dish, but is particularly wonderful in ceviche, on grilled chicken and baja style fish tacos or, perhaps best of all, drizzled on pizza.
